Spruce View Charolais

Spruce View Charolais is a family-run Charolais cattle breeding operation based near Andrew, Alberta, established in 1984 with a modest group of French-influenced foundation cows and grown over decades through heifer retention and strategic female acquisitions. The Lakusta family focuses on developing durable, structurally sound Charolais cattle adapted to Canadian conditions, informed by participation in bull test stations and client feedback to refine bloodlines and performance. Spruce View runs a significant purebred cow herd and is recognized within the Charolais community for the quality of its long-yearling and two-year-old bulls and dependable genetics that meet the needs of both purebred and commercial cattlemen.
